How do I make an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, call or text (951) 233-4499 or email You may also schedule a 20-minute phone consultation prior to setting up your first appointment to see if the services offered fit with your needs. 

What is your availability?

Day and evening appointments are available Monday - Friday. Sessions are by appointment only.

Do You Take Insurance?

I accept IEHP, United Healthcare and cash pay. If you are out of network, a superbill may be made available to you depending on your insurance benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if a superbill is an available option for you. 

What is the session rate?

The rate for a 50 minute session is $150. A sliding scale option is available, as needed, based upon income. 

Do you offer online services?

Yes! We provide secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth services.

What is your cancelation policy?

Unexpected things happen and cancelling your appointment is totally okay, but as a courtesy I please ask that you provide me with a 24 hour reschedule or cancellation notice. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window of the scheduled appointment or no shows will be charged the full session fee.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session is a causal chat to get to know you, explore why you’re coming to therapy, and come up with attainable goals. I will ask about your history (i.e., family background, mood, relationships, major life events, health and wellness) and assess your current symptoms. Together we will create a treatment plan to work toward your goals.
