I offer one-on-one counseling sessions where we build rapport and work together to uncover what is getting in your way. Through the therapeutic experience, clients are able to gain self-awareness and the qualities to cope with stressors in their everyday lives. By creating self-awareness, the opportunity for choice arises to navigate a healthy mental state.
